Americade is June 4-9. Thunder in Old Forge is June 2-3.
Lake George to Weirs beach is about 150 scenic miles.

Let me know if you are going up, I have a good friend that owns a hotel there he'll hook me up with a room.

I think I'd like to make the trip because it is so close. Last time I was there was back in about 1970. Me and a buddy rode up and then camped somewhere in Vermont. Got drunk in some bar where the bouncer was literally throwing patrons out into the street.

I was waiting for them to say something to Hotcakes about her Ridley last year since they were came with factory straight pipes, but no such luck.
