Event Description We would like to introduce you to the 1st Annual Biker Weekend Bash. We are throwing a weekend bash that brings the Legendary Daytona Bike Week to Connecticut for the weekend. On May 5th- 6th 2012, Rain or Shine, Warsaw Park in Ansonia will hosting a Weekend Biker Event to raise donations, and fundraising for the Disabled American Veterans Chapter 11. Over 100 vendors’s including three major sponsors will setup, advertise, and sell their companies services, items, and etc…
During this event, we expect a couple thousand motorcycle enthusiasts to attend. We are offering daily events throughout the show that demonstrates the typical biker weekend from Stunt riders, Air brushing Tattoos, and Body Painting and much, much more. Shows throughout the day will be offered, and a DJ and two bands will supply the music throughout the day, along with raffles to be announced all day long. Vendors along with the Woodbridge Volunteer Fire Dept will be serving all types of food and drinks. Money collected after expenses will be donated to the Disabled American Veterans Chapter 11.
We would like to extend this invitation to your business, to setup your company services, items, etc.., and show your support to the Disabled American Veterans. These men and women fought for our country, so we could have the rights we have today. If you have any questions or concerns, Please feel free to contact us.
